Joe joined Burnett Legal Group as a partner in January of 2017. He has over 25 years of experience representing clients in state and federal civil and criminal courts, including multiple-defendant drug conspiracy cases and complex personal injury cases. Joe received his B.A. in 1990 and Juris Doctorate in 1993 from the Creighton University School of Law. Joe has handled catastrophic personal injury cases ranging upward of one million dollars. In 2012, Joe was brought in as a trial counsel by another attorney and helped obtain a $250,000 jury verdict for a client injured in an automobile accident.
Joe has proven experience in personal injury litigation, including car accidents, catastrophic injury cases, dog or animal attacks, medical malpractice, property liability, traumatic brain injury (TBI), or injuries caused by poorly designed or malfunctioning products, as well as state and federal criminal charges. Joe has the experience and knowledge to advise you of your rights and can protect your interests in the event your case goes to trial.
